Blackberry Shiraz Jam – Shiraz Hurrah!

Excellent base for salad dressings and sauces. Use as a simple syrup shaken into cocktails – and of course, smear onto your daily bagel!

Mostly seedless – (a few of those little buggers get through, but hey, at least they are full of health benefits).

1/2 Cup Fruit + 1/2 Cup Wine Squeezed into Every Jar!

Ingredients: Sugar, Organic Blackberries, Shiraz Wine, Lemon Juice, Pectin

Small batch, artisanal jam with NEVER any artificial additives.
