Just Plain Grape Jam – Reserve Selection

There are so many “just plain grape” commercially packaged jams readily available, that I claimed I would never make “just plain (insert fruit choice here) jam”. Well, they say there are exceptions to every rule, and this would be one of those.

Our friends’ elderly neighbor has many productive apple trees and a few grapevines in her yard. She has generously offered Jeff access to her produce, and he in turn picks for her. Just one taste of the grapes convinced Jeff – that he had to convince me, to make him his own private stash of Just Plain Grape Jam.

This one is available in very limited supply. When it is gone, it is gone, and heaven only knows if it will be available again next year.

Ingredients: Straight from the Vine Grapes, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Pectin

Small batch, artisanal jam with NEVER any artificial additives.
