Firecracker – Cherry Poblano Jam

Our Cherry Poblano is the mildest of our spicy jams. The poblano peppers bring a subtle smoky heat that pairs well with the sweet cherries. Firecracker will add just a bit of zip to your pork, chicken or beef. It also makes a great salad dressing, mixed with balsamic vinegar and oil. This is a very versatile jam that even spice adverse foodies will love.
